At House of EM5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our portal with your order ID and photos of the product to begin the return process.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our team will verify that the fragrance remains at its original volume and the seal is intact for hygiene purposes.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original House of EM5 box and wait for our logistics partner to arrive for the scheduled reverse pickup.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the returned item passes our quality check, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your chosen exchange item within 48 hours.
